Billy Joe Foster, age 55 of Morganton, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at his home. Billy Joe was born Saturday, June 21, 1952 in Polk County Tenn. to the late Glen E. Foster and Edith Mae Adams Foster. he was a member of the Morganton Baptist Church loved hunting fishing camping spending time outdoors, He was preceded in death by brother, Robert Foster.
Survivors include: mother, Edith Adams Foster of Morganton daughter, Michelle and Tim Gibbs of Mineral Bluff, daughter, Marie and Chuck Millholland of Epwoth, brother, John Foster of Morganotn, sister, Francella Payne of Mineral Bluff, brother, Glen Foster of Morganton, sister, Nancy Mote of Morganton, brother, James Foster of Cario, WV, sister, Lisa Mallari of Atlanta, fiancee, Debra Callihan nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 2:00PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jim Worley and Reverend Phillip Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: ? Honorary pallbearers include: Fannin County Road Department Enployee.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9, Friday, October 5.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Socity.
The Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
