Bobby Claude Garland,

Mr. Bobby Claude Garland Sr. age 61, of Cherrylog, passed away Friday, January 19, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Bobby was born Monday, August 13, 1945 in Fannin to the late Elisha Garland and the late Lillie Long Garland. He retired from Citi Service company. He was preceded in death by son, Timothy Scott Garland.

Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Connie & Steve Lambert of Cherrylog, Georgia; son, Bobby Garland, Jr. of Cherrylog, Georgia; brother, Clay Garland of Blue Ridge, Georgia; brother, Lee Garland of Rensalear, Indiana; brother, Mack Arthur Garland of Cherrylog, Georgia; sister, Bertha Foster of Blue Ridge, Georgia; sister, Florence Martin of Blue Ridge, Georgia; granddaughter, Kayla Plott; grandson, Seth Chance Garland; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 2:00 PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Queen Officating. Music was provided by Roy Neal, Roy Weaver and Scott Weaver. Interment followed in the Tilley Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were: Ren Stover, Paul Stover, Johnny Searcy, Scott Searcy, Roy Weaver, and Scott Weaver.

Arrangements were entrusted to Henry-Cochran Funeral Home.
