Charlene "Anise" Terry, age 72, passed away on June 10, 2026, in Murphy, North Carolina. Charlene was born on November 5, 1953 in Tampa, Florida to the late Charles E. Tucker and Bertha Wynn Tucker. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Byron Alvin Terry; sister, Anita Tucker Strickland and brother in law; David Terry

. Charlene is survived by her husband, Donald "Randy" Terry; daughter, Clesia Anise (Jonathan) Wells; brother, Charles G. Tucker; sister, Karla Jones; grandchildren, Colby (Meagan), Tyler (Sloane), and Allison (Ryan) Wells; sister in law, Laurie Terry; nephews, Cody (Gracye Burchfield) Terry and Ricky Strickland, Chandler and Daniel Tucker; nieces, Krista Gibson, Salina Mora and McKenzie Terry; great nephews, Zane, Knox and Owen Terry, Camden Terry, Tristyn Gibson, Logan Tyner and Michael Mora; great niece, McKinnley Gibson; many other extended family members and friends also survive.

 Charlene lover her family dearly and was devoted to them. She found great pleasure in traveling and especially found solace in the beautiful world of created nature. In her working career as a counselor, she influenced and changed the lives of countless young women. Charlene's memory will be cherished by many.
