Charles James Mayberry, 70, of Murphy, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Clay County Care Center in Hayesville, NC. Charles was born October 7, 1952, in Murphy, NC to Don and Georgia Mayberry.

Charles was preceded in death by father, Don Mayberry; mother, Georgia Mozelle James Mayberry.

He is survived by his spouse of 48 years Maxine Mayberry; brother Charles Danny Mayberry; sister Georgia Estelle Mayberry Tanner; sister Donna Rosetta Mayberry; sister Eleen Mayberry Young. Charles loved Nascar and was a big time fan of Ford.
