Chasity Mealer

Chasity Michelle Barker Mealer, age 50, of McCaysville, GA, passed away unexpectedly on May 1, 2025, following a sudden illness. She was born to Lloyd and Delena Ensley Barker on August 24, 1974, in Copperhill, TN.

Chasity was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, caring sister, and faithful friend. She was known for her boundless kindness, deep compassion, and genuine love for those around her. She found joy in the outdoors and treasured every moment she spent with her family. Her radiant smile and gentle spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her. Above all, her greatest pride and joy in life was being a mother to her children.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jacob Eric Mealer; her grandparents, Paul and Rosella Barker, and Frank and Ruby Ensley; and her mother-in-law, Brenda Mealer.

Chasity is survived by her loving husband, Eric Mealer; son, Coy Mealer; daughter, Casi Mealer; parents, Lloyd and Delena Barker; brother, Dean (Ashley) Barker; brother-in-law, Anthony "Tony" (Pam) Mealer; father-in-law, Glenn Mealer; along with her niece, nephew, extended family, and many dear friends.

There are no words that can truly express the depth of this loss or how dearly she will be missed.
