Mr. Clarence Hunsinger, age 85 of Hiawassee, GA and Flagler Beach, FL, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2007.
Mr. Hunsinger was born Thursday, December 29, 1921 in Bradford County, PA to the late Floyd Hunsinger and the late Anna Lane Hunsinger. He had lived in West Palm Beach, FL, where he was Director of West Palm Beach Parks and Recreations. He was a member of McConnell Memorial Baptist Church and was a WWII Army-Air Force Veteran.
Survivors include: wife, Phyllis Hunsinger of Hiawassee, GA, daughter & son-in-law, Nancy and Walter Fischer of Flagler Beach, FL, son & daughter-in-law, Ed and Jean Marie Hunsinger of Lewisville, NC, son & daughter-in-law, Larry and Marguerite Hunsinger of Flagler Beach, FL, sisters, Jean Isbell and Janet House both of Homassassa Springs, FL, grandchildren, Audrey Herbruck, Andrew Fischer, Edward Hunsinger, Jr., Brent Hunsinger, Stephanie Fischer, Lauren Hunsinger and Sabrina Vaccaro, three great grandsons.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. from the McConnell Memorial Baptist Church with the Dr. Rudy Patton officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to McConnell Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.
The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
