Dadrian Astra Blythe

Dadrian Astra Blythe, age 32, of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 11, 2026. Dadrian was a beautiful person, inside and out. She will be remembered for her sunny disposition and willingness to help others. Her final gift, organ donation, will continue to enrich the lives of others.

Dadrian, or Day, as she was often known, loved the outdoors and spent her free time hiking and appreciating nature. She was especially fond of mushrooms. Dadrian spent many years adventuring in Alaska, with her beloved dog, Rocky. She was extremely creative and had a sense of whimsy about her. She was a baker; from decadent cheesecakes, to detailed character cakes, to sourdough bread, and everything in between. She never met a stranger, only a potential friend. She truly lived life to the fullest. More than anything, Dadrian was fiercely devoted to her loved ones. 

Dadrian is preceded in death by her father, Danny Ray Blythe; grandfather, Jackie Hunter; great-grandparents, Boyd and Corene Hunter; aunt, Cheryl Eller; and dog, Rocky.

She is survived by her mother, Melba Hunter Blythe; sister, Leslie (Stacy) McCroskey; sister, Candice (Chad) Blythe Thompson; brother, Kyle Hunter; brother, Heath Garrison; twin sister, Davilyn (Trevor) Blythe McDougal; Destiney (Zach Humphries) Blythe, brother Chase Sanchez; boyfriend, Alex Amman; and numerous nieces and nephews that she adored. Many other family members and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. 

Donations may be made to help defray final expenses. The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Big Bear Veterinary Clinic in Hayesville, NC.
