Don Edward Nazerian

Don Edward Nazerian, age 79 of McCaysville, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at his home. Don was born February 12, 1937 in McCaysville, GA to the late Albert Nazerian and the late Bessie Willis Nazerian. A member of Kingtown Baptist Church, he was preceded in death by his parents and most of his siblings, also two grandchildren, Morgan Lynn and Kaitlyn Brooke. Don worked in security for most of his life and he enjoyed fishing and watching westerns in his spare time.

Survivors include: wife, Loretta Williams Nazerian, son, Greg (Carolyn) Nazerian, son, Kenny Nazerian, daughter, Donna (Neal) Shaw, daughter, Dana (Greg) Spencer, son, Andy (Mandy) Nazerian, four sisters, Annette Nazerian, Patsy Childers, Anita Chavies and Betty Valentine, six grandchildren, Stephen (Kayla) Nazerian, Jordan (Lisa) Nazerian, Kennon Nazerian, Cody (Taelar) Smith, Brooklyn Nazerian and Ty Nazerian, and two great-grandchildren, Maggie Grace Nazerian and Millie Marie Nazerian.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 9, 2016 at 5:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Callihan and Rev. Randy Hughes officiating. Music provided by Vicki Whittenbarger. Interment will follow in the Kingtown Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stephen, Jordan and Kennon Nazerian, Cody Smith, Ty Nazerian, Bill Smith and Gary Swafford.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 3-5 pm. .
