Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces the death of Mrs. Edith Ida Warga Oswald, 98, of Hiawassee, who passed away early Tuesday morning, November 27, 2012, in Chatuge Regional Nursing Home in Hiawassee.
Mrs. Oswald was born in Peekskill, New York, on November 5, 1914, a daughter of the late Stephen Warga and Mary Yambrik Warga. Her husband, Mr. William G. Oswald, preceded her in death.
She is survived locally by a son, William Oswald.
