Eleanor Marie Kallop

Eleanor (Lynn) Marie Kallop, age 89, of Blue Ridge, GA, and formerly of Englewood, FL, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026. Lynn was born October 20, 1936, in Millville, NJ to Frank and Dorothy Kovar.

A long time resident of Vineland, NJ, Lynn worked several years for the Vineland Public School system. Upon retirement, Lynn and her beloved husband Jack relocated to Englewood, Florida where they enjoyed many years of beach time and sunshine. They also took advantage of the opportunity to travel, enjoying many cruises and trips with friends and family! 

Lynn and Jack were active members of Saint David’s Episcopal Church, where Lynn participated in the Bell Choir as well as Daughters of the King. A supporter of local community outreach programs such as FISH, Lynn also volunteered to read to children at local elementary schools, and served as a ‘big sister’ in Sarasota county.

Lynn was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, John (Jack) Kallop; father, Frank Kovar; and mother, Dorothy Kovar.

She is survived by her daughters, Shelley Kallop and Dottie (Rich) Tieslau; sons, Frank (Kelly) Kallop; and Stephen Kallop; grandchildren, Justin Ruffini, Erica Kallop, Matthew (Maggie) Tieslau, Benjamin (Rachel) Tieslau, and Luke (Joann) Tieslau; and great-grandchild, Margot Tieslau.
