Ellie Clare Harper

October 13, 2006 — December 23, 2025

Though she be but little, she was fierce. Elizabeth “Ellie” Clare Harper gained her heavenly wings on December 23, 2025. A petite young lady with a larger-than-life spirit and personality, Ellie passed away after a courageous lifelong battle with MPS VI.

Never one to let her condition slow her down, Ellie lived her 19 years of life to the fullest. During middle school and high school, her various activities included being elected to the homecoming court each year, participating in the marching and concert bands, being a member of the chorus, and even being an officer in the FFA. Ellie always claimed victory in hula-hoop competitions and could rarely be beaten at a game of cards. Her spare time was often dedicated to hanging out with and texting her friends and family.

Ellie lived each day with strong dedication and love for her family, her friends, and to God. Ellie’s love of living will be honored with a Celebration of Life service at the Union County Fine Arts Center on January 10th at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome.

Ellie is survived, and dearly missed, by her parents, Jason and Emily, her brothers, Landon, Hayden, and Jordan, her sister, Abbie, her grandparents, Joan and Charles Underwood, and Gail Harper, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends, and loving canine companion Chappie.
