Era Ledford

Era Mae Ledford, age 61, of Andrews, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Warren Hardin Ledford and Grace Mathis Ledford.

Era was preceded in death by brothers; Warren Ledford, Jr., Johnny Ray Ledford, Terry Ledford, and David Ledford; sister, Rita "Kat" Nicholson.

She is survived by her daughters, Jasmine Skye (Matthew) McTaggart, Keisha Breeze (Wes) Goines of Murphy, North Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Amrie Grace Chapman, Liam O'Neal Chapman and Violet Eleanor Goines of Murphy, North Carolina; brother, Thomas Ledford of Andrews, North Carolina; sisters, Donna Haan of Andrews, North Carolina and Janice Barrett of Dahlonega, Georgia. Many additional nieces, nephews and special friends also survive.

A Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
