Erik Brown

Erik Charles Brown, 66, passed away on December 22, 2025. He was born on July 21, 1959, to Charles and Constance Brown.

He was a man of creativity and passion, often expressing himself through the lens of his camera. He attended Columbus State University and graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Erik's education was a stepping stone that led to a lifelong dedication to art and photography.

Erik had a vibrant spirit and loved spending time outdoors. He found great joy in camping and explored nature's beauty whenever he had the chance. His enthusiasm for outdoor adventures was contagious, inspiring those around him to appreciate the world outside.

He is survived by his father, Charles "Charlie" Brown; siblings, Stephen Brown, Susan LeBaron (Mike) and Karl Brown; his niece, Karla Steele (Steven); and his nephew David LeBaron.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Constance Brown.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 11:00 am at Union Memory Gardens in Blairsville, GA.

He will be remembered not just for his artistic talents but also for his kind heart and the warmth he shared with those around him. Erik leaves behind a legacy of creativity and a love for the world that will continue to inspire others. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
