In Memory Of Errol Keith Cone

A man who loved his country and it's flag.

He was the son of James E. Cone, Jr. and Lavaun Andeson Coone Miller and was born November 3, 1955 in Okechobee, Florida.  He passed away in Union, Missouri on February 21, 2023 from COPD and Emphasemia.  He lived in Young Harris, Georgia for a while. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.  Errol loved his military buddies.  He would ride in the Salute to Veterans parades and funerals.  He leaves behind his brothers: James D. and Gary; sisters, Melody Anderson, Lavette and Dawn; and other step-brothers and sisters.  He fathered 8 children, and only 7 are still alive.  He was loved by his step-mother, Barbara Cone and step-brother, Bill Freer.

A memorial service was held April 3, 2023 and his remains were committed in Jefferson Barracks military cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
