Mrs. Ethel Denise (Lawyer) Klein, age 65, of Murphy, NC, and Lotus, CA, passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at her home in Murphy. She was born April 19, 1957, in Placerville, CA, to the late Raymond Lawyer, cattle rancher and former county supervisor, and mother, Marie Lawyer.
She enjoyed chasing waterfalls, long walks on the beach, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by half-brother Douglas Purrier, half-sister Dee Purrier, and aunt Ethel Tidd.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Klein, and brother, Archie Lawyer.
