Eugene Edward Little

Eugene Edward Little, age 92, of Morganton, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Eugene was born August 23, 1934, in Rockford, IL to Charles and Gertrude Little.

Eugene was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Nora Little; his father, Charles William Little; his mother, Gertrude Little; and his sisters, Lucille Townsend & Marilyn Lilly.

He is survived by his sons, William Lloyd (Teresa) Little & Edward Brian Little; sisters, Jeanine Homann & Louise Starwalt; grandchildren, Victoria (Bryse) Paffile, William Caleb Little, and Alexandrea (Ivan) Lee; great-grandchildren, Aletheia Paffile, Hudson Paffile, and Titus Paffile; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Eugene was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was also a member of the Lion's Club Hall of Fame and a lifetime member of the NRA.

Graveside Service, on Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM from Many Forks Baptist Church Cemetery, Young Harris, GA. with Chaplain Paul Clark officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Brent Jennings, Ivan Lee, Caleb Little, Bryse Paffile, and Brooks Jennings.

Interment will follow at Many Forks Baptist Cemetery in Young Harris, GA.

The family will receive friends at Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home of Blue Ridge on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.
