Eula Johnson Huskin

Eula Johnson Huskin, age 89 of Buford, Ga, formerly of Cherokee County, NC, passed away Monday, June 18, 2007 at Bell Minor Nursing Home in Gainesville. Huskin was born Friday, June 22, 1917 in Cherokoee Co. NC to the late Augusta Harrison Johnson and the late Floya Mae Rowland Johnson. Mrs. Huskin was a member of Sugar Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Huskin and a sister, Mae Huskin.
Survivors include: daughter, Shirley Green of Brasstown, NC, daughter, Betty Jones of Marble, NC, son, Clyde Huskin of Cumming, GA, daughter, Hettie Gregory of Mountain City, GA, son, Cline Huskin of Ila, Ga, son, Lawrence Huskin of Winder, GA, son, Herman Max Huskin of Flowery Branch, GA, son, Terry Huskin of Jefferson, GA, son, Steve Huskin of Buford, GA, daughter, Donna Willoughby of Lawrenceville, GA, brother, G.H. Johnson and sisters, Ethel Wiggins and Drama Poe, all of Murphy. Thirty three grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of the Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy with the Rev. Fred Lunsford officiating. Interment will follow in Rowland Hills Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are; Kevin Huskin, Brad Huskin, Nathan Huskin, David Huskin, Bobby Jones and Jeff Jones.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12-2, Wednesday, June 20.
