Eva Bellinger

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eva Maria Bellinger, who left this world on September 4, 2025, at the age of 59. Eva was born on October 2, 1965 in St. Lois, MO to John Lagage and Bobbie Jean Collins Lagage. A resident of Hiawassee, GA, she spent her days cherishing her family and spreading love throughout her community.

Eva is survived by her sons, Tom (Marry) Bellinger, Josh (Jessica) Wolfe, and Andrew Bellinger; siblings Tim Patrick, John Lagage, James Beckley, Tommi Stroll, and Donna Beckley; grandchildren, Taylor (Brett) Miller, Hailey Wolfe, and Teagen Johns; one great-grandchild; niece, Falan (Aaron) Aanenson; great-nieces, Cameryn, Cheyenne, and Caylee; and one spoiled labradoodle, Molly-girl

Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bellinger; and parents, John and Bobbie Jean Beckley-Lagage; and brother, Steve Moore.
A proud member of Union Hill Methodist Church, Eva dedicated herself to uplifting others. Her commitment to community service through organizations such as the Special Olympics, SOAR, and Central Illinois Independents. Eva thrived on the simple pleasures of life-spending sunny afternoons on boat rides, pouring her creativity into arts and crafts, and sharing her unique talent for making delightful gnomes. She was a strong believer in the importance of family.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 11:00 am at Union Hill Methodist Church.
