Gene Edward Shillcutt

Mr. Gene Edward Shillcutt Jr., age 79, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at his home in Blue Ridge, GA. He was born September 17, 1945, in Albany, GA to Gene and Dorothy Shillcutt. Gene was a pilot in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church, Blue Ridge, GA.

Gene was preceded in death by his father, Gene Shillcutt; and mother, Dorothy Shillcutt. He is survived by his spouse, Diane (Rhodes) Shillcutt; son, Gene Shillcutt III; daughters, Heidi Shillcutt Tucker and Stacey (Matthew) Reaves; sons, Steven (Shelley) Shillcutt and Paul (Suzie) Shillcutt; brother, Samuel (Particia) Shillcutt; sister, Susan (Edward) Cooper; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
