Inez Stuart

Ruth Inez Stuart, age 84, of Turtletown, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Life Care Center of Copper Basin. Inez was born Sunday, December 14, 1924 in Polk County Tenn. to the late Leo Elrod and the late Ada Hedrick Elrod. She was a member of the Salem Baptist Church and was preceded in death by husband, Olen Stuart, son, Bufford Eddie Stuart, sister, Myrtle Arp, brothers, Cecil Elrod, Claude Elrod and Francis Boyd Elrod.

Survivors include: son, Danny Lynn Stuart, brother, Clyde Elrod of Copperhill, granddaughter, Candy Collins and grandson, Casey Stuart, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Minister Terry Stuart officiating. Interment will follow in Salem # 2 Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, May 18 from 6-8 PM.
