Iva Gray Mediate, age 86, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away December 21, 2009.
Mrs. Mediate was born on January 10, 1923 in Baldwin County, AL, to Hazie and Gillie Long Hadley. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Mediate Jr.
Survivors include: son, Roy Dave Mediate.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Burial will follow in the Grassy Creek Cemetery .
The family will recive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Wednesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
