Jacob Daniel Kuna

Jacob "Jake" Daniel Kuna, age 18, passed away on Sunday morning, June 25th, 2023 at his home in Mineral Bluff, Georgia.  Jacob was born August 25th, 2004 in Aurora, Illinois to Jeff and Amy Kuna.  He was a loving son with a huge, caring heart for all of his friends and family. Jacob played baseball at Fannin County High School which was one of his most beloved passions; he graduated in 2022. He was a full time college student at Chattahooche Technical studying to be a diesel technician. Jacob loved to build and fix things, always looking for new skills and experiences to better his future.  He enjoyed the great outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. Jacob was the pride and joy of his parents and grandparents. He was a member of St Catherines Catholic Church.  

He was preceded in death by his grandfather; Jack Kuna. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Amy Kuna; grandmother Judy Kuna and grandparents, Beth Moore and William Pennington; Aunts and uncles; Rick and Mary Kuna, Jacki and Aaron Ross, Jody and Thomas di Cosola, and Kristy and John Osselaer. Numerous cousins also survive.

The family will be receiving friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, Georgia on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023 from 1pm until 3pm.
