Jaime Wendling Davis

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jaime Wendling Davis, beloved daughter, mother, partner and business owner, who suddenly passed away on June 25, 2026. Jaime was born on March 10, 1978, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Louis and Diana Slifer Davis. She brought joy and warmth to all who knew her and profoundly impacted her family and community. 

Jaime is survived by her cherished daughter, Lillian Davis; her life partner and friend, Troy Schultz; her loving parents, Lou and Diana Davis and her many, many family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that cannot be duplicated and will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. 

Jaime was a businesswoman at heart. She was a 2000 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Economics. She was a past manager at Target in Athens, Georgia; a leasing manager at Harbor Group Apartments in Buford, Georgia; and a leasing agent and real estate agent with Remax Center in Duluth, Georgia.

Currently, Jaime was co-owner, along side her father Lou, of the Blue Ridge Bird Seed Company in downtown Blue Ridge, where her energy and dedication to excellence inspired so, so many. Her spirit shone brightly in everything she undertook and the business opened the door to so many friendships in and around Blue Ridge. Jaime put her heart into making customers her friends and making the business a mainstay in Blue Ridge.

Jaime was fun-loving, involved and such an active person. Jaime was the treasurer for the Blue Ridge Business Association (BRBA), and she always said that it was when she got involved and incorporated into that group that she became part of the community. She truly loved her fellow board members. Jaime was also deeply involved with the Blue Ridge Chamber. She exercised with the Dancing Divas, kayaked with her girlfriends, graduated from Blue Ridge Leadership class, and enjoyed Lunch and Leads programs. She absolutely was the light of every day.

A ceremony in honor of Jaime's life will be held July 18, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. at the Watkins Barn and Venue, 1851 Galloway Road, Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513, where family, friends, and the community will gather to celebrate Jaime's remarkable journey.
