James "JW" Stephens

James Walker Stephens "JW", 83, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at his home in Mineral Bluff, GA. James was born June 12, 1940, in Marietta, GA to Walker and Ada Stephens.
James was preceded in death by his Loving wife Ana Stephens; Parents Walker and Ada Stephens; brothers, Corbin, Alton and Franklin Stephens. He is survived by his sons James, Robert, and Stacey Stephens; brothers David and Ralph Stephens; sister Hazel Casewell; grandchildren Ameila , Adam, Jared, Kaylee, and Cassie. 
James had a passion for showing, restoring, and collecting classic cars. "JW" loved a good Western film and enjoyed traveling from place to place.  He was also very involved with activities and services at Salem #2 Baptist Church. "JW" will be missed by friends, family, and those around the community. 
There will be a Graveside Service, on Thursday June 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Salem #2 Baptist Church Cemetery, Mineral Bluff, GA with the Reverend Randy Hooper officiating.
