Mrs. Joyce Diane England, age 67 of Blairsville, GA, passed away Friday, January 19, 2007 at Union General Hospital.
Mrs. England was born Friday, February 5, 1939 in Wayne County, Michigan to the late Russell Look and Irma Weast Henderson. She was a member of St. Clare's Episcopal Church and was preceded in death by brother, Russell Look, Jr..
Survivors include: husband, Carl England of Blairsville, GA, son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Deb Herbert of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Karen Herbert of Blairsville, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lynn and Stewart Blankinship of Blairsville, GA, brother, George Look of Wickenburg, AZ, sister, Darlene Folken of Estes Park, CO, grandchildren, Christy, Buddy, Jessica, Thomas and Katherine, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. from the St. Clare's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Susan Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Frank Herbert, Keith Herbert, Stewart Blankinship, Dan Prudy, Thomas Herbert and Buddy Herbert.
The family will receive friends at Cochran Funeral Home, Blairsville, from 6-9, Sunday, January 21.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to Union County American Cancer Society, PO Box 2984, Blairsville, GA 30514.
The Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
