Lenoir was born on December 14, 1946 in Decatur, IL to the late William Pownall and the late Francis Pownall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Baptiste Mathis.
The family of Lenoir plan to honor her wishes to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
