Linda M. Adams, fondly known as Nana, passed away on September 22, 2023, in Jasper. She was born on April 3, 1960. Linda dedicated her life to caring for others, working as a freelance CNA for many nursing homes. Her nurturing and compassionate nature endeared her to countless individuals whose loved ones she cared for.
Linda was a kind and caring woman who extended her love beyond her professional career. After retiring from her work as a CNA, she continued to care for others by looking after many children in her community. Linda's selflessness knew no bounds, and she embraced this role with open arms. Many families in the community trusted her implicitly with the well-being of their children.
Among Linda's hobbies and interests was trout fishing, which brought her immense joy. She also found great pleasure in connecting with her online community through a Facebook yardage group. This platform allowed her to share her experiences, connect with friends near and far, and cultivate lasting relationships.
However, Linda's greatest source of pride was undoubtedly her family. Raising her own children and grandkids was an accomplishment she cherished dearly. Their happiness and well-being were of paramount importance to her. The love and support she offered them throughout their lives created strong bonds that will endure even in her absence.
Linda was preceded in death by her beloved father, Irwin Cassell Jr., and mother, Carol Cassell. Their memory lives on as Linda's spirit continues to shine through those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her sister Karen Shook and brother Rick Cassell, who will carry cherished memories of their time together forever. Linda's legacy also lives on through the love of her children: Keith Adams, Michael Adams, Natasha Adams, along with their respective families. Her eleven beautiful grandkids will forever be touched by the love and care she bestowed upon them.
Throughout Linda's life, her kindness and genuine concern for others inspired all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, selflessness, and love. Linda M. Adams will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
