Mark Ian Carson, age 50 of Jasper passed away Friday, June 14, 2019. Mark was born on November 27, 1968, in Marietta, GA to Gary Carson and Cynthia Watson McGahee. He was Baptist in faith and worked as an event coordinator.

Mark is survived by his mother, Cynthia Watson McGahee, sister, Angie Bumgardner, nephews, AJ, and Zane Warwick, great-niece, Kendall Warwick, and many other friends and family.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 16, 2019, at 4:00 pm at Crestlawn Cemetery with Dr. Tom Jordan officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 15, 2019, from 6-8 pm and again on Sunday, June 16, 2019, from 2-4 pm.
