Mr. Marvin "Keith" Ratcliff, age 52, of Turtletown, TN, passed away October 29, 2015 at the Copper Basin Medical Center. Keith was born September 21, 1963 in Copperhill, TN to Marvin Ratcliff and Rosalee Satterfield Ratcliff. He worked in construction and was employed by Carrigner Construction Company.
Survivors include: one brother, Anthony Ratcliff.
