Michael Warren

Michael Warren, 64, of Blairsville, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023. 
Michael was a life long resident of Blairsville. He was a well-known truck driver, and he was loved by all those who knew him from all across the country. In his free time, he enjoyed riding horses and working on his farm. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. Michael was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving Michael is his wife of 45 years, Mary (Sissy) Warren; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Ashley Warren; two grandchildren, Baila and Clara Warren; a sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Mike Marsh, Johnny and Judy Patterson, and David Patterson; and a special sister Teresa Camp.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Earl and Ruby Warren of Blairsville; brother-in-laws, Danny “Chop” Patterson and Eddie “Pete” Patterson.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 8th, at 11:00 at Cochran Funeral Home with Dwayne Patterson officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Leslie Groves, Michael Carroll, Michael Hill, Eric Lingerfelt, James Patterson, and Bob Barnett. The family will receive friends at Cochran Funeral Home Friday, April 7th, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
