Owen Elliott Parker, age 90 of Blue Ridge, passed away December 8, 2011 at his home. Owen was born December 5, 1921 in Bedford, England, to the late Harold George and Minnie Rose Baker Parker. At the age of seven, Owen and his family moved to Ireland where he attended Queens College in Belfast. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He later moved to the United States and worked and retired from what is now Boeing Aircrafts.
Survivors include his loving wife, Vivian Parker and many friends.
