Robert "Bobby" Wooten, age 43 of Blue Ridge passed away Friday, May 25, 2007 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. Bobby was born Monday, March 30, 1964 in Fulton Co. Ga. He of loved hunting and fishing, and had worked at housing construction.
Survivors include: wife, Jeanie Wooten, son, Anthony Wooten of Blue Ridge, son, Johnny Mortimer of Blue Ridge, son, Cody Wooten of Blue Ridge, daughter, Shirley Wooten of Blue Ridge, mother & father, Bonita & Gary Mashburn of Blue Ridge, sister & brother in law, Anita & Anthony Dale of Ellijay, special niece & husband, Amanda & Richard Brown, special nephew, Brandon Dale, special great niece, Taylor Brown.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 2:00PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sugar Creek Baptist Church Cemtery. Serving as pallbearers are: Anthony Wooten, Johnny Wooten, Cody Wooten, Richard Brown, Brandon Dale and Charlie Mashburn.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9, Tuesday & Wednesday Evening.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105-1942.
