Roy Wesley Farmer, age 75, a native of Blue Ridge, Georgia recently passed away in Michigan after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was the son of the late Bert and Martha Lou Farmer. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Farmer,, and his brothers, Clarence Farmer, Lewis Farmer, Clyde Farmer, Cecil Farmer, Virgle Farmer; and sisters, Mrs. Ethel Beavers, and Mrs. Maudy Greer.
He is survived by his son, Mr, Roy Famer and daughter, Mrs. Kathy Henson; and two grandchildren, Mrs. Kristie Brooks, and Johnathan Farmer; and two great grandchildren, Isaac Brooks and Lucas Brooks. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Ellen Stewart of Southgate, Michigan.
The graveside service for Mr. Farmer will be held at the Young?s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Gerogia Friday, May 18, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Dr. Robert Hoffmann officiating.
