Stanley Gerstlauer

Stanley Gerstlauer, age 92, passed away on May 14, 2023. Stanley was born in Doylestown, PA to Frederick Gerstlauer and Dorothy Bossler. Stanley married Anna Foltin.

Mr. Gerstlauer was a pilot, and flew for Civil Air Patrol and in later years flew his own Hot Air balloon. He liked boating scuba diving in his younger years.

He was preceded in death by Frederick Gerstlauer (Father), Dorothy Bossler (Mother).

Mr. Gerstlauer survived by his loving Anna J. of Murphy, NC, his children daughter Suann (Phil) Dudley of Sebrjing, FL, daughter Sabrena Moore (Will Hembree) of Hayesville, NC, and son Stanley (Rose) Gerstlauer of North Port, FL, grandchildren Jim (Michelle) Butler of Nokomis, FL, Christopher (Kendall) Moore of Stuart, FL, Jon Butler of Venice, FL, S.J. Gerstlauer Nokomis, FL, Jeff, Sean, and Patrick Moore, and 9 Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held on June 23, 2023 at 2:30pm at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
