Sylvia Leona Peterson

Sylvia Leona Peterson, age 83 of Blairsville, passed away following a brief illness on Thursday, June 8th, 2023.

Sylvia was born on January 7th, 1940, to Angus and Jewel Peterson Powell. She resided in Blairsville, Georgia for seven years.

Sylvia is preceded by her parents, Angus Powell and Jewel Peterson Powell; her husband Edward Peterson; and daughter, Debbie House.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Lewis; grandchildren, Tessa, Michael, and Randall; and great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Brandon, Mackenzie, Cheyenne, and Adalynn.
