Truman Leslie Phillips, age 66 of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away at the Fannin Regional Hospital Thursday, July 16, 2009. Mr. Phillips was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Truman Phillips and Jewell Self Phillips. He was preceded in death by father, Truman Phillips, mother, Jewell Self Phillips, brother, Stanley Richard Phillips.
Survivors include: wife, Barbara Phillips, daughter & son-in-law, Beverly & Greg Perry, grandchildren, Kyle & Jonathan Perry, brother, Wendell Phillips, half-brother, Charles Phillips, half-brother, Ralph Phillips, sister, Vicki Lynn Little.
Visitation will be Monday, July 20, 2009 from 11:30am-1:00pm at the Henry Cochran Funeral Home followed by a Memorial service at 1:00pm with the Rev. Mike Brunson officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest register at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com
