Vincent Sanchez

Vincent Sanchez Jr., of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, in Hayesville, North Carolina. 

Vincent was born on February 22, 1959 to Ines Bergstrom and the late Vincent Sanchez Sr. He worked for 30 years for Cub Foods. Vincent was an avid lover of fishing, NASCAR, and cruising the world with his wife and friends. He also enjoyed his yearly fireworks display for the neighborhood kids. He had a very special admiration and love for eagles. 

In addition to his father, Vincent was preceded in death by his wife, Carol, and brothers in law, Cary Coleman and Tom Coleman.

Surviving Vincent is his mother, Ines Bergstrom; brothers, Chris, Benny (Mendy), and Joey (Tanya) all of Hayesville; sisters, Marilyn Barandiarn and Cynthia Keller Sanchez (Dainelle) of Homestead, Florida; brothers in law; Jim (Jan) Coleman, Dan Coleman, Dave (Kathy) Coleman, Bob (Kerrie) Coleman, Jerry Coleman and Rick (Cathy) Coleman; sever nieces and nephews also survive. 

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
