Vivian Elaine (Dyer) Reid
September 28, 1941, - February 6, 2023.

Mrs. Vivian Reid, 81, of Blairsville, Ga. passed away on February 6, 2023. Vivian was a Blairsville native, and went to Atlanta after graduating high school. While there she met, and married the love of her life, Jerry Reid, at Choestoe Baptist church in 1964. They lived in Atlanta until they return to Blairsville.

Vivian was known around many of the craft fairs for a  variety of ceramics and other crafts, as she was a very talented and crafty lady. 
She could look at something and re-create it. She was involved in her communities as a candy striper, and Girl Scout troop leader. She also loved playing bingo, gardening, sewing, quilting, macramé, and crocheting.

Vivian is survived by spouse, Jerry Reid, daughter's, Beverly Iler, (Tim), and Rebecca Beavers, (Phillip). 
Grand children, Chloe, Shyanne, and Brennan Iler, Bethany, Abby, Sarah, and Jordan Beavers, and Brother Arlen (Bub) Dyer. 

Vivian was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Kelly, and brothers Lyndon, Duane, Dean, Raymond and parents, (Big) Ed and Mildred Dyer. 

The family will receive friends at chapel of Cochran funeral home Friday, 10th of February, 2023, 1:00-2:00 PM. Funeral service on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Cochran funeral home in Blairsville, with Rev. Dick Stillwell officiating, with burial to  follow at Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery.
