Willa Nell Gray

Mrs. Willanell Gray, age 98 of Blue Ridge, passed away July 4th, 2026, at her home Mrs. Gray was born on February 28, 1928 in Blue Ridge, GA.

Willanell was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. She loved spending time family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Reverend Hancil Gray and daughter Janie Bearden.

Surviving Mrs. Gray is her loving daughter of the home, Ann Lingerfelt and son, Jimmy Gray of Blue Ridge, son in law, Bobby Bearden of Blue Ridge. Also grand kids, Tressa and Bobby Thompson, Delane Bearden, Missy and Matt Prince, Crystal and Jody Huff, Hannah and Shawn Stillwell, Haylee and Charlie, Brooklyn and Elijah, Payton and Gage, Ashley and Marty and Joe Huff, Josh and Ashly Anderson.

Great-great grand kids, Madalyn Stillwell, Grant Garrett, Hemi Prince, Jackson and Sawyer Anderson, Delaney Pero, Fallin Shepherd, Molly and Emma Prince, Hunter and Annabelle Huff.

Funeral service on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm from the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home, Blue Ridge Chapel with Ministers Butch Jones & Bobby Bearden officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Shawn Stillwell, Eli Allen, Charlie Shepherd, Gage Pero, Bobby Thompson and Josh Anderson.

Interment will follow at Chastain Memorial Park, Blue Ridge, Ga.

The family will receive friends at Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home, Blue Ridge Chapel for a time of visitation on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
