William Stanley Christopher

William Stanley Christopher, age 75, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026, in Atlanta, GA. Stanley was born April 12, 1951, in Copperhill, TN to William and Allie Christopher. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.

Stanley was preceded in death by his son, Jason Christopher; father, William Edward Christopher; and mother, Allie Christopher.

He is survived by his daughter, Tamara Christopher; sister, Robin Christopher Searcy; brother, Steve Christopher; grandchildren, Brandon Perez, Kyle Perez, Jace Perez; niece, April Long; nephew, Caleb Searcy; and niece, Cara Searcy. 

Funeral Service, on Sunday August 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Homes McCaysville Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tom Jordan officiating.

Interment will follow at Epworth First Baptist Church in Epworth, GA. Military Honors provided by the North Georgia Honor Guard.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Frank Pless, Larry Sparks, Fred Ballew, Carl Franklin, David Pugh, and Steve Green.

Honorary pallbearer: Caleb Searcy.
