Mrs.Wilma Ingram, age 74 of Ringgold, GA, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Hutcheson Medical Center. Wilma was born Sunday, March 25, 1934 in Webster County, WV to Jessie Keener Carpenter of WV and the late Marvin Carpenter. She was preceded in death by husband, Hubert Ingram and son, Ronnie Gillespie.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, include: daughter, Debbie Grosskopf of Tonawanda, NY, sons, Marty Gillespie of Centerville, OH, Tom Ingram of Akron, OH, Tim Ingram of Stow, OH, and John Hubert Ingram of Columbus, OH, daughter, Karen Lee Kanopsic of Cadiz, OH, sister, Loraine Simmons of West Virginia, brothers, Walter Carpenter, CO and Warren Carpenter of West Virginia, 22 grandchildren and 15 great granchildren, serveral nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 15. Interment will follow in Old Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
